TRANSLINK ULSTER IN BLOOM AWARDS PRESENTATION

Northern Ireland’s top gardening talent officially recognised The winners of the 2013 Translink Ulster in Bloom Competition were officially recognised today (27th March 2014) at a special awards ceremony in Carrickfergus. 2013 marked the 35th year of the Translink Ulster in Bloom Competition which is co-ordinated by the Northern Ireland Local Government Association.

The deadline for the second phase of applications for councillor severance under the one-off scheme for elected members who wish to retire is approaching. All applications must be made by the closing date for nominations (i.e. 1.00pm on Tuesday 29th April 2014) in respect of the 22nd May Council Elections.
